Enrolment Instructions for Internal Students

Details of what you need to do to enrol at Grey Court Sixth form on GCSE results day, 24th August.

Before GCSE results day:
You should check that you have your login details for your Admissions+. You will need the email address you applied with - accounts were set up for you with your school email address but some applicants set up an account with a personal email address.
On GCSE results day:
Once you have collected your results and are ready to enrol, please come over to the sixth form block. You can use the computers in CS1 and CS2 (or you may prefer to use your phone) to login to your Admissions+ account.

You will confirm (or change) your subject choices. You will only be able to select subjects you meet the entry criteria for. We will also ask you to check your contact information is correct and to add a photograph if you haven’t added one already. Once you have submitted this information you will be directed to meet with a member of the sixth form team to complete the enrolment process.

If you have requested a phone enrolment you should complete the same steps as above. If your enrolment form is straightforward we will complete the enrolment process for you. If we think there may be an issue we will call you on the number you have given us on the ‘Request for Telephone Enrolment’ form and complete the enrolment process with you.

Enrolment Instructions for External Students

Details of what you need to do to enrol at Grey Court Sixth form on GCSE results day, 24th August and on the external enrolment day, 25th August

Before GCSE results day:
You should check that you have your login details for the Applications System. You will need the email address you used to apply with as well as your password.

On GCSE results day:
You should log into your Admissions+ account and enter your GCSE results. We will ask you to upload:

Proof of GCSEs
Proof of ID
Proof of address
A photograph - if you haven’t already done so

We will ask you to confirm (or change) your subject choices. We will also ask you to check your contact information is correct and to add a photograph if you haven’t added one already. Once you have submitted this information you will be added to our list of applicants to call on August 25th. You will be called by a member of the sixth form team and calls will be made in order of distance from your home address to Grey Court.

Instructions for Enrolment

On-time applications, to start in September 2023, have now closed but you are very welcome to submit a late application which will be considered once we have processed our on-time applications.
